Author Guidelines

Title: Craft a brief, specific, and informative title in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Simple Sanskrit, incorporating scientific name(s) in bold.

Authors: Refrain from including author names within the article.

Abstract: Structure the abstract into three segments (Background/Methods/Results). Ensure it is informative, self-explanatory, and falls within the 150 to 200-word range. Utilize standard nomenclature, avoid abbreviations, and abstain from citing literature.

Keywords: Alphabetically list up to 6 keywords after the abstract for the purpose of indexing references.

Introduction: Keep the introduction succinct, concentrating on literature pertinent to the paper's theme. Avoid extensive reviews and unnecessary details from prior work.

Materials and Methods: Inform readers about the methodology and cite references for known methods. Include details on experimental design, techniques, experimental area, and institutional information, along with the year of the experiment.

Results and Discussion: Merge results and discussion to prevent redundancy. Discuss the significance of observations without duplicating information present in tables and figures.

Conclusion and Acknowledgment: Provide table titles, figure numbers, and corresponding descriptions. Ensure tables and figures remain below 1 MB in size.

References: Employ APA Style for citations and references. Alphabetically list authors' surnames followed by initials and publication year in brackets. Italicize full journal names, bold volume numbers, and adhere to standard pagination. Footnotes will not be allowed.

Page/Line Number: Include page and line numbers for each manuscript line to facilitate easy review. Maintain text alignment (justify), single line spacing, and adhere to word count requirements.

Peer Review and Revision: All submissions undergo peer review. Authors bear responsibility for statements in their articles, and revised manuscripts must be resubmitted within 7 days.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
  • Include URLs for references.
  • Submit in Microsoft Word format.
  • Single-spaced text, 10-point font.
  • Font – Hindi/Sanskrit – Aparajita/Mangal, Gujarati – Shruti, English – Times new Roman
  • Integrate illustrations, figures, and tables within the text.
  • Adhere to stylistic and bibliographic guidelines.
